Eugene Perkunov is a senior associate in the dispute resolution practice of Hogan Lovells (CIS). Eugene focuses on dispute resolution (domestic and international), having solid knowledge of the procedural and substantive law principles of Russian law, case-law of the Russian courts, international arbitration rules and principles. Eugene has a strong track record acting in litigation for foreign investor clients, particularly within the oil and gas/finance sectors, in relation to tax, corporate and insolvency claims. He also has extensive experience in M&A, special asset projects, restructuring, insolvency and general commercial issues.
Before joining the firm Eugene worked in the leading UK and U.S. law firms in Moscow.
