With a commercial focus, Joshua advises on the competition law implications and provides solutions to the wide variety of issues which clients must face today. He has extensive experience across a range of industries, including financial services, retail, pharmaceuticals, media, and telecommunications. Joshua has been involved in a host of different mergers across a broad range of industry sectors. He has recently advised a global food manufacture on the Groceries Supply Code of Practice and he is currently advising a client on a potential Phase II worldwide merger.
