Erika Hubert

Erika is a banking and finance lawyer based in our Paris office.

She acts for lenders in acquisition and corporate financings on domestic and cross-border transactions. She also has experience in project finance and real estate finance.

Erika joined Hogan Lovells in 2013.

Advising Crédit Agricole and banks in relation to a refinancing of €305m for Sermeta.

Advising Swissport in relation to a restructuring of the Term Loan B facility.

Advising lenders in relation to the financing of the acquisition of Mov'In by GymSpa.

Advising the private equity group IDI on the LBO financing of the acquisition of the group Winncare.

Advising European Investment Bank and African Development Bank in relation to the financing of a rice production project in Senegal.

Advising the financial institutions (CDC and AFD) in relation to the financing of a PPP transportations project in Martinique.

Advising lenders in relation to a multicurrency revolving facility and a Schuldschein facility in favour of Virbac.

Advising seven banks in relation to a €200m facility for the acquisition of S+B in Germany by JMS.
