Erika Hubert

Erika is a banking and finance lawyer based in our Paris office.

She acts for lenders in acquisition and corporate financings on domestic and cross-border transactions. She also has experience in project finance and real estate finance.

Erika joined Hogan Lovells in 2013.

Representative Experience

Advising the lenders in connection with a multicurrency revolving facility and a Schuldschein facility for the benefit of Virbac.

Advising the lenders in connection with a revolving credit facility for the benefit of Société Coopérative Agricole Axéréal and Axéréal Finances.

Advising the private equity group IDI on the LBO financing of the acquisition of the group Winncare.

Advising the lenders in connection with a €160m facility for the benefit of the group Cémoi.

Advising CDC and AFD on the financing of a PPP transportations project in Martinique.

Advising the lenders on the LBO financing of the acquisition of the group Babilou and the re-financing of its existing indebtedness.
