Elzbieta Rablin-Schubert

Chambers Europe 2014 has recognised that Elzbieta Rablin-Schubert has met with warm praise from clients. Her professional experience covers providing advice on real estate financing, infrastructure projects and the issuance of debt securities. She has assisted on many domestic and cross-border transactions, providing extensive and efficient advice for domestic and foreign clients. She has advised on a number of innovative transactions such as the first Polish PPP project in the education and health sector in Poland, the first issue of revenue bonds for Inter-Commune Association and municipality, the first leaseback of public real property and buy-sell-back. She has also provided advice on the financing of numerous infrastructure projects such as airports, sport facilities, transport, and energy.

Elzbieta has vast litigation experience, especially in the areas of investment disputes and damage liability. She has acted for a range of banks, public entities such as municipals, county, and public companies. Elzbieta has practised as an advocate since 2010 and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated, with merit, from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Elzbieta Rablin-Schubert also graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and from the School of American Law (in co-operation with the Columbus School of Law in Washington).

In addition, Elzbieta studied at the Faculty of Law at the University of Siena in Italy. She was a scholarship holder of the Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund for young leaders and the Jerzy Stefan Langrod Scholarship Fund for outstanding scientific skills. Elzbieta Rablin-Schubert is a lecturer at the Polish and European Law School at the Ternopil National Economic University, and at the Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw. Elzbieta co-operated with the Civil Law Codification Committee, and the Common Core of European Private Law.

Advising in the syndicated loan for financing the construction of the stadium in Wroclaw. Value of the transaction – €125m.

Advising PKP Energetyka S.A. on the private placement of secured bonds under the issuance programme. Value of the transaction - €125m.

Advising Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. on bond issue program for Miedzynarodowy Port Lotniczy im. Jana Pawla II Kraków - Balice. Sp. z o.o.

Advising Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on financing an investment program with a €241,000,000 transaction value and PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. operations.

Advising PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. on the bonds issue program secured by State Treasury guarantee. Transaction values are €550,000,000 and €375,000,000.

Advising Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on private placement of secured bonds under the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway issuance program. The transaction value is €235,000,000.

Advising Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. on preparation of secured bonds issue program for 'Koleje Mazowieckie – KM' sp. z o.o. Transaction value is €218,000,000.
