Jonathan Elsasser helps companies navigate the antitrust clearance process, from conducting preliminary antitrust risk assessments to counseling clients regarding compliance with reporting requirements and government investigations.

While at the University of Virginia School of Law, Jonathan was an articles editor for the Journal of Law and Politics and an intern at the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, where he litigated civil matters.

Prior to law school, Jonathan was a legal assistant at a Washington, D.C. law firm, where he assisted attorneys working on a direct purchaser class action antitrust litigation based on price fixing and collusion claims, environmental litigation and administrative matters, and tenant-landlord litigation.
