Elizabeth (Liz) Titus is a problem solver. Her clients in the energy, power, and natural resource industries rely on her to provide frank advice and find solutions to their most difficult problems. Liz's practice focuses on oil and gas development, transportation, and sale; LNG projects; renewable energy; and mining.

Liz combines her "fixer" mentality with keen industry know-how to help her clients achieve business success. She supports clients as they develop and operate energy projects on both private and public lands. She also assists clients in all phases of project development and operations, including permitting; financing; purchase, sale, and transportation; acquisitions and divestures; and reclamation and decommissioning.

Liz is also a litigator and has substantial trial court, appellate, and administrative hearing experience. She represents clients in both state and federal court in commercial disputes and class actions. Liz also represents clients in regulatory enforcement actions before the Interior Board of Land Appeals (IBLA), the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission (FMSHRC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC). Working side-by-side with her clients through extensive federal, state, and often local regulation, Liz ensures the continued success of her clients' businesses by helping them maintain compliance with all levels of government.
