As a member of the firm's Litigation practice group, Antonio Elias has experience serving clients in the healthcare, education, and automotive fields with pre-trial motions and discovery. Antonio helps clients get the upper hand early in disputes with individual automobile dealers and large plaintiff classes alike.

Antonio's significant pro bono experience spans from obtaining declaratory relief in state courts to defending clients' intellectual property rights. In his pro bono practice, Antonio represents minors fighting deportation and women standing up against domestic violence. Antonio is committed to gun-violence prevention and serves high-profile individuals and nonprofits in this field.

While in law school, Antonio worked as a notes editor on the Virginia Law Review. He also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Albert Diaz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Prior to law school, he gained experience working in the Virginia House of Delegates, handling constituent services and legislative affairs for a Richmond-area delegate.
