Ela Barda is an associate in Hogan Lovells' Paris office and has been working in the Litigation department since 2014. She focuses on product liability litigation, especially in the aviation field, and in litigation arising from commercial contracts.

Ela also advises in matters relating to international jurisdiction, choice-of-law issues, and international discovery and enforcement proceedings in cross-border disputes. Ela holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law and Management from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an LL.M in International Business Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Assisting a leading international rental company of filming equipment in a dispute arising from the termination of a contract.
