Eric Einhorn understands the difficulties clients face during restructurings and insolvencies. He discovers innovative solutions that meet client needs and provide an advantage in complex industries.

As a 2016 summer associate at the firm, Eric focused on a variety of matters including both litigation and transactional work. His previous experience also includes serving as a legal intern for several law firms where he gained valuable experience with purchase agreements, litigation defense strategy, and pro bono cases. As a legal intern for National Hockey League (NHL) Enterprises, Eric explored the intellectual property sector, drafting licensing agreements for the use of NHL trademarks and logos.

Advised Mikhail Prokhorov in an agreement to sell full ownership of the Barclays Center and his 51% controlling interest in the Brooklyn Nets to an entity controlled by Joe Tsai.

Representing Orexigen Therapeutics Inc. in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings; negotiated a court-approved Section 363 sale of Orexigen's assets to Nalpropion Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Representing Nigerian Agip Exploration Ltd. in the Chapter 11 case and advising Nigerian counsel on Nigerian litigation proceedings of Erin Energy Corp. from a U.S. perspective.

Representing ACON Investments as equity sponsor and the largest unsecured creditor to RMH Franchise Holdings Inc. (RMH), in connection with RMH's Chapter 11 proceedings.

Represented Onexim Sports and Entertainment Holding USA Inc. in its sale of 49.9 percent interests in the Brooklyn Nets.
