Edoardo Disetti

Edoardo Disetti is committed to understanding clients' needs and to providing them with the best suitable legal solutions whilst taking into account the core business interests of the clients. Beyond providing legal advice, he is also keen on assisting the clients in developing and consolidating their network aiming at promoting their business.

Back from the U.S. where he obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania, Edoardo has, since 2001, expanded his experience advising domestic and international clients, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and other commercial transactions. In particular, he assists both domestic and international corporations in business transactions in the industrial, energy, real estate and financial sectors. Edoardo was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2002, and he was admitted in August 2008 as Solicitor in England and Wales.

Advising Ingersoll Rand on the restructuring plan of its operations located in Italy.

Advising Autodesk on various aspects related to the corporate law, from the day by day business to the corporate secretarial.

Advising Freescale on various aspects related to the corporate law, from the day by day business, to the corporate secretarial.

Advising Amazon on corporate law, corporate secretarial and extraordinary transactions (e.g. merger, sale/purchaser of businesses, etc.).

Advising Ingersoll Rand in relation to the Italian restructuring plan and on the related corporate secretarial activity.

Advising Honeywell Group on the restructuring of some of the operative subsidiaries located in Italy.

Advising Contrarian Capital Management on the acquisition of properties for development projects and to the further negotiations of relevant building contracts.

Advising TRND AG on some corporate secretarial activities related to the Italian subsidiary.
