Eden Siedlak advises our clients on capital market matters, focusing thereby on aiding issuers, issuing banks and financial service providers in various international capital market transactions, in particular with respect to structured financing. In addition, she supports banks and financial service providers with regard to developments and changes in the Markets in Financial Instruments Directives II/Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFID II/MiFIR).

During her studies, Eden placed her focus on corporate law and the drafting of commercial contracts. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Eden worked for another international law firm in Frankfurt in the Corporate/M&A practice group.
