Nicholas Eckstein advises public and private companies on strategic business transactions and a broad range of corporate governance matters. Nicholas helps clients navigate complex matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, divestitures, spin-offs, carve-outs and corporate structuring and reorganizations.

Nicholas has represented clients across a wide array of industries including aerospace and defense; real estate; life sciences and health care; food, beverage, and agriculture; and technology, media, and telecom. He is interested in understanding each client's business in order to provide practical advice and help clients achieve their objectives.

Nicholas also maintains an active pro bono practice representing asylum seekers in immigration court and advising nonprofits on matters ranging from corporate structuring to board governance. While in law school, Nicholas was a research assistant at Georgetown's Harrison Institute for Public Law where he researched the effects that government procurement policies have on international human rights. He also served as an Articles Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
