Nicholas C. Eckstein

Nicholas Eckstein advises both public and private companies on a broad range of corporate and securities matters. Nicholas helps clients navigate complex matters such as public and private securities offerings, the acquisition and disposition of assets, mergers, and SEC compliance matters.

While in law school, Nicholas was a research assistant at Georgetown's Harrison Institute for Public Law where he researched the effects that government procurement policies have on international human rights. He also served as an Articles Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
