Raymond Dunn's practice covers a range of corporate and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, general commercial counselling, and corporate governance. He also has experience in restructuring and insolvency issues, as well as wind-downs and liquidation procedures.

Raymond has lived and worked in Japan for more than a decade, giving him a deep understanding of Japanese culture and business practices allowing him to bridge the gap between investors and business leaders from the East and West. He has advised Japanese and international corporates on a variety of inbound and outbound M&A deals, with a particular focus on technology related transactions.
