Sophie B. Duffy

Sophie Duffy focuses her practice on commercial litigation and labor and employment related matters. Sophie's wide-ranging practice includes transactional work and employer counseling as well as litigation, mediation, and arbitration in state and federal court as well as before the National Labor Relations Board.

She has experience helping clients with complex commercial litigation disputes, electronic discovery, discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour concerns, mergers and acquisitions, and Department of Justice investigations, among others.

Sophie also has an active pro bono practice, with experience representing refugees, asylum seekers, and political prisoners. She is also passionate about voting rights and worked with a team to draft an amicus brief in the Third Circuit.
