Kyle Druding works across a range of commercial, complex, and regulatory matters on behalf of clients in various industries at all levels of the judicial system, in federal and state courts nationwide, as well as before administrative agencies.

His practice also includes a number of pro bono representations, with a particular emphasis on issues of constitutional and public law.

Before joining the firm, Kyle served as an executive editor for the Duke Law Journal and clerked for the Honorable Gerald Bard Tjoflat of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
