Dianne Milner

As a member of the labor and employment practice, Dianne Milner advises on labor and employment-related issues in the context of litigation, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, and client counseling.

With a degree in industrial and labor relations, Dianne has experience on the management side with both traditional labor disputes and employment disputes and has represented clients in actions before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

Dianne regularly counsels on discrimination and retaliation claims, breach of contract claims, executive agreements, complex commercial litigation, and the labor and employment aspects of both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, among other things.

Dianne also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals in a long-standing housing discrimination suit brought under the Fair Housing Act and helping those affected by the executive orders that implemented a temporary ban on travel to the United States from certain countries.
