As part of the Italian litigation and arbitration practice, Francesco assists clients with disputes of all shapes and sizes across a wide range of industry sectors, including energy and natural resources as well as diversified industrials.
Francesco joined the firm straight after law school, in 2014, and has since then gained significant experience in international commercial arbitration as well as domestic and cross-border litigation.
He has a wealth of knowledge in commercial and corporate dispute resolution, with a specific focus on post-M&A proceedings, directors' and auditors' liability, shareholders disputes and unfair competition. When not appearing before Italian Courts, he acts as counsel or assistant to the tribunal in arbitral proceedings administered by all major institutions, such as ICC, LCIA and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration. He also assists NGOs and individuals in pro bono cases on various public international law issues, including law of the sea and refugee law.
In 2019 Francesco temporarily moved to Geneva, where he completed an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement and interned with the international arbitration team of one of the leading law firms in Switzerland.

Assisting an international railway group in setting aside a millionaire arbitral award relevant to the high-speed railway system in Italy.
Assisting an international fund in an arbitration administered by ICC for breach of R&Ws following the acquisition of the entire corporate capital of an Italian fashion house.
Acting as secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal in two proceedings administered by the Milan Chamber of Arbitration for the alleged invalidity of shareholders’ resolutions.
Assisting a multinational beverage corporation in a millionaire dispute before the Court of Rome for alleged breach of contract, contract termination and unfair competition.
