James DePaoli focuses on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. He has represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of assets and securities, mergers, and other business combinations and reorganizations.
In addition to advising on transactional matters, James provides corporate governance, securities, and compliance advice to public and private companies.
While in law school, James served on the Editorial Board of the Duke Law Journal and gained valuable experience as a summer associate at Hogan Lovells. Before law school, James earned a B.S.B.A in Finance from Georgetown University.
