Dennis is a New York qualified lawyer who has practiced in London and Asia for over 15 years, he works with banks, pensions, funds and corporations in a wide range of financing and regulatory matters where his cross-border experience helps clients translate differences between deal structures and regulatory matters across jurisdictions. Prior to moving to London in 2001, Dennis worked in Singapore, Washington DC and New York.
Dennis' main area of practice is structured finance transactions, primarily related to commercial paper conduits and their bank sponsors, but he also has wide-ranging experience in corporate and structured finance transactions, including acquisitions and joint ventures, asset-based financings, project finance, commodity and investment funds, note offerings and restructuring of financing transactions. With the on-going tide of regulatory changes, Dennis also regularly advises structured finance, derivatives and fund clients on how the regulatory changes will impact their activities. He regularly speaks at industry conferences on regulatory matters affecting securitisation and ABCP programs.
Dennis is a member of the bar of New York State and the District of Columbia and is a registered foreign lawyer.
