Juana is an associate in Hogan Lovells’ Madrid office and is a member of the Tax department and the tax structuring team for asset financings and acquisitions.
Juana advises on the design, implementation and monitoring of financial structures based on the application and use of tax measures and incentives for the construction of ships, the production of cinematographic works and the development of R&D projects, providing integral advice from a tax, commercial and finance perspective as well as from the perspective of Spanish and European regulations.
In addition, Juana also provides tax and financial advice to companies from the naval sector.
