David is a proactive, solution oriented lawyer, with over 12 years' of experience advising on a wide range of cross-border corporate deals. He has significant experience in structuring, co-ordinating and executing complex cross-border transactions across a broad range of market disciplines, including public and private M&A, equity capital raisings, corporate reorganisations, joint-ventures, secondary transactions, co-investments and syndications.

David advises and counsels a diverse range of clients, spanning major listed and unlisted companies, private equity sponsors, high net worth individuals and their family offices.

Advising the owners on the disposal of an oilfield services business with operations in South Africa, Angola and Tanzania to an NYSE listed corporation.

Advising Sepura plc on its acquisition of Teltronic S.A.U. and on its related placing and open offer.

Advising InvestIndustrial on its acquisitions of Flos S.p.A and Goldcar S.L. and on the syndication of these investments.

Advising Investindustrial on the disposal of its stake in the Avincis Group to Babcock International Group Plc for an enterprise value of approximately €2bn.

Advising a number of high net worth individuals and family offices on a range of acquisitions, disposals, fund investments and offshore restructurings.

Advising a mining services business with operations in a number of North and Sub-Saharan African jurisdictions on a range of acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

Advising Vion N.V. on the disposal of its UK Red Meat and Poultry businesses to 2 Sisters Food Group.

Advising Fosun International on the acquisition of a stake in Kleinwort Benson and related acquisition of BHF-Bank A.G.
