Priesh Davda acts for a wide range of clients, including large institutional clients such as M&G Real Estate/Prudential and The Crown Estate, major UK banks, large advisory firms, as well as for smaller landlords and tenant occupiers. Priesh trained with Hogan Lovells and qualified in February 2012. He has a breadth of experience acting for a wide range of clients on a wide variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including real estate development and investment sales and acquisitions.
He is well-versed in asset management (especially in the retail sector) and acts for both landlords and tenants in letting and portfolio management matters. He also advises on the real estate aspects of corporate and debt restructuring and finance deals.
