Daria Latysheva is a U.S.-qualified securities lawyer and a member of the firm's finance group. Daria advises both issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other capital markets transactions, including high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, spin-offs, rights issues and tender offer and consent solicitations.

Daria has extensive experience across a range of industries, including biotech and pharmaceuticals, financial institutions, energy and heavy industrials, retail and manufacturing sectors. She worked with regulators in the U.S. and throughout Europe, particularly in Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Daria's practice also covers support to foreign private issuer clients in relation to various U.S. securities law matters, including the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the U.S. Investment Company Act of 1940.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Daria worked at a Magic Circle firm in Frankfurt and London.
