Daniel Keating

In today's globalized economic and regulatory environment, businesses require effective solutions that anticipate and meet an increasingly wide set of legal needs. Few understand this reality better than Daniel Keating.

As a partner in the firm's Corporate practice, Daniel counsels clients on matters including mergers and acquisitions, initial and follow-on public offerings, corporate governance, and financing transactions. Understanding that corporate legal needs often extend beyond national borders, Daniel has deep experience representing clients in cross-border M&A, and issuers in international public offerings and private placements of equity securities.

Based in Washington, D.C., Daniel has represented clients across a diverse set of industries including financial services, insurance, technology and healthcare. As global businesses operate across an increasingly complex regulatory landscape, Daniel provides clients with the insight to navigate the rules and regulations imposed by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Basel III, as well as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, New York Stock Exchange, and NASDAQ.
