Since joining the corporate finance department in 2015, Daniel has assisted a range of companies on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital, markets and corporate governance. Daniel has worked alongside companies both in the UK and across the world in relation to both cross-border and domestic transactions.

Having studied modern languages at university, traveled widely and spent time on secondment in our Dubai office, Daniel brings an international outlook which matches the make-up of most of his clients. He speaks French, Spanish and Catalan.

Advising international clients on setting up entities and joint ventures in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Kuwait.

Advising Lloyds Banking Group/Scottish Widows plc on the acquisition of Zurich's UK workplace pensions and savings business.

Advising UBS on the sale of its traditional fund administration services business in Luxembourg and Switzerland to Northern Trust Corporation.

Advising one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies on strategic M&A and licensing and collaboration arrangements.

Advising McCormick & Co. on its takeover offer for Premier Foods plc.

Advising SABMiller plc on the EUR 2.55 billion sale of its Peroni, Grolsch and Meantime businesses to Asahi.

Advising Paysafe plc on its €1.1bn reverse takeover of Skrill and the related €600m rights issue and subsequent step up to main market.
