Having a broad economic and legal education and background, Daniel Flore advises and represents German and international clients in the area of Dispute Resolution. Daniel’s work includes complex litigation proceedings before German courts as well as arbitration courts. He focuses on financial services litigation. Besides that, Daniel has experience in post M&A proceedings, with professional liability cases, commercial and corporate disputes and regulatory investigations.
Those proceedings often have cross-border elements which are handled together with colleagues in Hogan Lovells offices abroad. Daniel considers the economic aspects of a case besides the pure legal facts in order to find practicable and cost-effective solutions.
Daniel studied law at the University of Göttingen in Germany and worked as assistant to Prof. Fleischer. He served his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz, Germany. Daniel received a master degree (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, USA, and a Ph.D. in corporate law under the guidance of Prof. Spindler from the University of Göttingen, Germany.
