Dana Turjman handles transactions involving the development, construction and financing of energy and infrastructure projects in the U.S. and in Latin America.

She is fluent in English and Spanish, and clients appreciate her ability to seamlessly handle matters across languages. Dana has helped clients in securing multimillion-dollar loans, worked on capital markets transactions involving foreign sovereign entities, and advised on general corporate matters. She has also represented domestic energy developers in connection with the sale and acquisition of energy projects.

During law school, she served as articles and comments editor for the University of Miami Law Review and as a research assistant on international human rights law.

Represented the Dominican affiliate of a U.S. energy company in the US$88m corporate financing of an approximately 50km natural gas pipeline in the Dominican Republic.

Represented a multilateral development bank in a project financing in connection with a wastewater treatment project in Brazil.

Represented a U.S. renewable energy company in the acquisition of all membership interests in a company that owns and operates a wind-powered electric generation project in Texas.

Represented an independent power producer in the acquisition of membership interests in two 230-megawatt (MW) wind-powered electric generation projects.

Represented an independent power producer in connection with the sale of assets to a public utility of a wind-powered electric generating facility of approximately 66 MW.

Represented a U.S. power company in an EPC agreement for an asynchronous power interconnector based on high voltage transmission by direct current for a cross-border transmission line project.

Represented a hotel developer in the drafting and negotiation of contracts related to the development of hotel resorts in the Dominican Republic.
