Practice groupLitigation, Arbitration, and Employment

Reginald Cuyler practices complex litigation in federal and state courts. Recognized as a "Rising Star" by Thomson Reuters' Super Lawyers publication each year since 2018, he has represented companies and individuals in various commercial and criminal litigation matters from investigation through appeal. Specifically, Reginald's practice includes litigating class actions, health care fraud, business torts, and employment disputes.

His experience spans each phase of litigation. He has taken and defended dozens of depositions, drafted scores of successful discovery and dispositive motions, first-chaired a variety of hearings, provided legal issues support for several trial teams, and drafted a number of winning appellate briefs. Reginald also maintains an active pro bono practice that consists of representing indigent litigants facing criminal charges and nonprofit organizations in various labor and employment matters.

After graduating from Duke University School of Law, Reginald practiced at an international law firm before serving as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Anne C. Conway of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. During law school, he served as a research assistant to professor Sara Sun Beale and volunteered in the Children's Law Clinic.

Prior to law school, Reginald was appointed by the Governor of Florida to serve as a member of Florida Gubernatorial Fellows Class VI. As a gubernatorial fellow, he supported the former Agency for Workforce Innovation in addressing issues related to Deepwater Horizon. He graduated cum laude with a degree in marketing from Florida State University, where he was elected by the student body as the 62nd Student Senate President.
