Kerri Cutry

Kerri Cutry focuses on U.S. insurance regulatory issues and is versatile in providing advice on contentious and non-contentious matters involving the insurance industry. She advises clients on the implications of actions by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and the insurance laws of all U.S. states.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Kerri was an insurance regulatory and transactional practitioner focusing on insurance compliance matters and insurance industry transactions as well as general corporate and transactional matters. Early in her career, she was seconded in the Legal Department of a top 10 managing agency at Lloyd's of London, advising on the contractual and U.S. regulatory implications of international restructuring transactions. She has advised on global acquisitions of U.S. insurance companies, regulatory filings, and formation and licensing of insurance companies and other industry players in the life, health, property, and casualty markets.

Kerri continues to provide advice for a wide range of U.S. and global clients on U.S. insurance regulatory issues in many contexts.
