Cristina is well-used to coordinating multidisciplinary teams and liaising with various practice areas and Hogan Lovells’ offices, displaying a high level of commitment to the firm's clients and standards with high-doses of professionalism, initiative, positivism and reliability. As an associate of our Corporate practice in the Madrid office, Cristina focuses on M&A, private equity and corporate law, in particular in the consumer, infrastructure and industrial sectors. She advises national and international clients on corporate and contractual matters, corporate reorganizations and strategic alliances and provides day-to-day advice on Spanish corporate and commercial regulations. Her main focus lies in domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. She also advises clients in the infrastructure field on corporate, administrative and regulatory matters. Cristina obtained her Global Management and Law Double Degree at the University of Navarra, finishing her studies at IESE Business School in Madrid by accessing the University of Navarra Senior Year Program for which the top 50 students of the Management and Business School of the University of Navarra are selected. As part of her Double Degree, Cristina completed her studies at the University of Washington in Seattle and at the University of Alberta in Canada.
