Cristina García

Cristina provides advice on a variety of international and Spanish domestic transactions regarding corporate and commercial law matters. Together with other members of the team, Cristina assists in a broad spectrum of consumer transactions, M&A projects, e-commerce, commercial distribution and marketing agreements.

She has two degrees in Law and Business Administration from the University of Valencia, completing her studies with an exchange program on EU law and business management at Copenhagen Business School (Copenhagen, Denmark). During her studies, Cristina took a course at King's College London (London, UK) focused on the common-law system and the different British jurisdictions.

Representative Experience

Advising a major US oil and gas corporation on commercial and marketing matters in Spain.

Advising Orangina Schweppes in the acquisition of PepsiCo's beverage distribution business in Spain's HORECA channel.

Advising a leading US online retailer on consumer and commercial affairs.

Provide legal support to the American designer Stuart Weitzman on the incorporation of its Spanish foundation.

Representing Expedia.com, Inc. on corporate and commercial law matters in Spain.
