Corrado Fiscale co-heads the debt capital markets team in Italy. He combines a client-focused business practicality with substantial knowledge of the structuring and negotiation of debt securities, with particular focus on structured finance products and finance transactions.
Corrado has a deep-knowledge in banking and finance and navigates clients, advising lenders, borrowers, arrangers, managers, underwriters, issuers, originators, representatives of the note holders and swap counterparties in connection with a wide range of banking and finance deals, involving various asset classes and financial structures.
