Corinne Knopp heads the Paris real estate practice. She advises on real estate transactions, management and financing.

She advises on all real estate aspects (including all types of leases, particularly commercial leases and financial leases), acquisitions and disposals, portfolio transactions and sale and leaseback transactions.

She often advises on cross-border transactions, investment structuring and financing and has developed particular experience of hotel industry transactions. She also assists many corporations on their real estate needs and strategy.

Advising Fidelity International (FIREF Fund) on the acquisition an office property in Boulogne (Paris) (sqm 5,000+) from AXA REIM and Norges Bank

Advising Prologis on the French aspects of the sale of a worldwide logistics portfolio.

Advising Colony Capital on the acquisition of a French property portfolio from EDF.

Advising General Electric on the sale of its worldwide real estate activity including a French portfolio of about 100 real estate assets.

Advising Covivio on the structuring and the acquisition of a German hotel portfolio.

Advising Hermes REIM on the acquisition of a 43 Metro Stores portfolio located in France, through the acquisition of an OPCI (a French REIT).

Advising Constellation on the acquisition (sale and management back) of InterContinental Paris-Le Grand (a 4 star hotel) operated by InterContinental Hotels Group.
