Corinna Whittle

As an associate in our International Arbitration, Construction and Engineering team, Corinna Whittle focuses on construction and engineering disputes.

Corinna brings experience in both High Court litigation and arbitration, acting for employers, main contractors, subcontractors, project managers and other consultants.

Upon qualification, Corinna was seconded to a rolling stock supplier, working on both contentious and non-contentious matters.Focusing on construction and engineering work, Corinna's work included contract negotiations and contract disputes.

Corinna also has knowledge and experience of procurement law challenges, in both the transport and infrastructure sectors, and enforcing adjudicator's decisions.

Representative experience

Acting for the main contractor in respect of a dispute concerning an off-shore wind farm, including LCIA Arbitration and TCC proceedings.

Acting for an aircraft supplier in an ICC arbitration concerning breach of a non-disclosure agreement.

Acting in High Court litigation for a joint venture in relation to a procurement law challenge concerning the redevelopment of a central London site.

Acting for a service provider in the enforcement of an adjudicator's decision, and subsequent Part 8 proceedings, relating to a term partnering agreement.

Acting in High Court litigation for an international rolling stock supplier concerning a procurement law challenge.

Advising a pro bono client in relation to the lack of disabled facilities at a restaurant.
