Since joining the firm in early 1990, Conor's work has included advising clients in a variety of industries but in particular in the telecommunications, information technology and financial services sectors, on numerous commercial transactions and outsourcing arrangements as well as systems development contracts, licensing, international electronic data interchange/electronic trading agreements and legal issues surrounding the use of encryption technology.

Conor has extensive experience of advising clients in relation to security (including breaches of security and in relation to prosecutions under Computer Misuse Act) and helps clients analyse risks in relation to web-based services and risk allocation in development, hosting and outsourcing agreements. He also advises clients in relation to IT disputes.
