Thomas Claudel has strong experience in domestic and cross-border transactional tax law, notably in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Thomas' practice also focuses on the taxation of capital markets transactions (initial public offering and high yield transactions), financial instruments, and structured financings.
He has developed a wealth of knowledge in the fields of real-estate transaction tax, tax controversy and compensation and benefits schemes.
