Clark Yeh combines his extensive business background with legal knowledge to serve clients in a broad range of business and corporate law matters. As an associate in the firm's Corporate Practice Group, Clark is focused on helping clients reach their goals on matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and compliance with federal securities law.
Prior to his legal career, Clark spent more than 10 years working in the e-commerce industry, eventually becoming a founding member of an e-commerce business. The broad scope of experiences provides a practical understanding of business and also inspires his legal approach.
