Claire Massiera

Claire Massiera has been an associate in Hogan Lovells' Paris office since 2013. She focuses on commercial and product liability litigation, focusing her acumen on the aviation field. Claire also provides assistance in matters regarding commercial contracts and unfair competition, as well as in the context of follow-on actions, having experience in both civil litigation and competition law. Claire holds a postgraduate degree in Political Sciences from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Lille, a postgraduate degree in European Law from the University of Paris Panthéon 1 Sorbonne and an LL.M from King's College London.
