Christina Haeseler represents national and international clients in all areas of intellectual property law, especially with regards to trademark, copyright and competition law.
She advises on disputes in and out of court, primarily in the areas of pharma and cosmetics as well as in the consumer goods sector.

Christina directs international cases in close cooperation with colleagues at our worldwide offices to ensure the global enforcement of her clients' rights. One focus of her activities is actions against counterfeit products, illegal parallel imports and any form of grey market activities.

In addition, she advises on brand and advertisement strategies such as the assessment of planned advertising campaigns with regard to their compliance with competition law requirements.

In addition to her legal training in Germany, Christina already had a strong international focus during her studies through stays abroad in Istanbul and Amsterdam. Her main focus was on medical law, whereby she acquired knowledge of the national legal system as well as the legal framework at European level. During her legal clerkship she already worked in our IPMT practice group in the Frankfurt office. Before joining us as an associate, Christina also worked for the German Mission to the United Nations and the European Commission (Directorate General for Competition, Division Pharma & Health Services).
