Dr. Christian Reichmann, LL.M. (Wellington)
Christian focuses on corporate and finance law (regulatory, investment funds, and industry specific corporate work). His area of practice includes advising domestic and foreign financial institutions on establishing their presence in Germany and structuring financial products for the German market. He has extensive experience in advising European leading financial institutions on their cross-border activities. Christian went to law school in Osnabrück, focusing in commercial and corporate law.
After finishing law school, he worked at the institute for commercial and business law at the University of Osnabrück for two years and wrote his doctoral dissertation on a capital markets law topic. In 2008 Christian spent one year in New Zealand where he obtained his LL.M. degree at the Victoria University of Wellington. During his legal traineeship he worked - inter alia - for Hogan Lovells in Dusseldorf.
