Pierre Jean Martinez Chénard is a member of Hogan Lovells' Business Restructuring and Insolvency practice based in Paris.

Pierre Jean assists creditors and debtors at all stages of preventive restructuring proceedings and insolvency proceedings. He also intervenes in commercial litigation matters with a focus on disputes related to restructuring operations of distressed companies.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Pierre Jean completed internships in several highly regarded international law firms, where his practice focused on insolvency proceedings, restructuring and distressed transactions.

Pierre Jean holds a post-graduate degree in Business and Tax Law (DJCE) from the University of Lyon.
