As a junior associate in Hogan Lovells Shanghai Office, Yi Chen focuses on providing legal services for dispute resolution, product liability, and regulatory matters. She has assisted in company internal investigations on commercial bribery and conflict of interests, commercial contract disputes litigation, product recall administrative procedures, and product liability compliance issues.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Yi Chen worked as a litigator at a top tier domestic law firm, where she represented clients in courts on intellectual property related dispute resolutions, anti-monopoly dawn raids, and intellectual property related transactions.  

Yi obtained her LL.B degree from Fudan University in 2013, and her LL.M degree from Cornell University.
