He helps clients in investigations and proceedings before competition and regulatory authorities in France and at the EU level.
He assists clients in merger control and foreign investment control proceedings in France and abroad for major industrial and financial investors.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Pierre lectured as an Academic Assistant at the College of Europe in Bruges.

Advising a major retail company in the Vertical Block Exemption Regulation review process before the European Commission.
Unconditional clearance by the French Competition Authority of San Marina's acquisition of Minelli, creating a leader in the French shoe retail sector.
Foreign investment clearance by the French Ministry for the Economy of various transactions in strategic sectors.
Advising Swissterminal (a DP World’s affiliate) in relation to the award of a tender for the 30-year concession of the terminal operations for the port of Mulhouse, third French inland port.
Advising various infrastructure operators in connection with State aid issues.
