Chantal Murdock focuses on commercial litigation and mining regulatory compliance. As an admitted notary and conveyancer she deals with the notarial execution of mining and prospecting rights, renewals of prospecting rights, and the registration of property transfers. 

Recently Chantal assisted a large mining house with the administration of complex mineral and property rights issues. This included interacting with the Department of Mineral Resources, facilitating the registration of servitudes and property transfers, and general administrative assistance in the regulatory maintenance of rights granted under the MPRDA.
