Celso is an Associate in our Corporate / M&A practice in Madrid. He has extensive experience in M&A, capital markets, corporate governance and corporate restructuring transactions, both on the national and international level. Celso works with clients in various sectors including, among others, Energy, Infrastructure, Diversified Industrials and Automotive.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Celso worked in the Corporate / M&A department of an important Spanish law firm, where he gained experience advising national and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, OPAs, debt and equity issuances (IPOs) as well as providing general corporate advice.

Representative experience
Sheela Foam Limited on the acquisition of a majority shareholding of a Spanish company whose principal activities focus on foam and the signing of a partners agreement with the minority partners.
Kobus Partners on the €36 million bond issuance of its subsidiary, Photonsolar, and its subsequent listing on the MAB.
Bruker on the acquisition, in two tranches, of a majority shareholding of the Spanish company Mestrelab and the signing of a partners agreement with the minority partners.
Inypsa Renovables on the sale of three photovoltaic plants to Eliantus, a wholly-owned company of Eland Private Equity.
Telefónica on the entire IPO process of its subsidiary Telxius, thwarted by the lack of agreement on the final price after registration of the offering document.
Ingenico on the acquisition of the payment system of IECISA (economic unit of payments of Informática el Corte Inglés, S.A.).
