Carly T. Didden

Carly Didden is a trusted business advisor, developing solutions to help global companies achieve their business goals and comply with federal and state communications regulatory requirements. A senior associate in our Technology, Media, and Telecoms practice, she focuses on communications transactional, licensing, and regulatory matters for global and U.S. companies.

Carly advises clients on a variety of regulatory and business issues that face global companies and their advisors. She represents clients before federal and state regulatory and policy-making agencies and organizations obtaining licenses, waivers, and other required authorizations. Carly's transactional practice focuses on negotiating and obtaining regulatory approvals for asset and stock transactions, corporate finance activities, and a broad variety of commercial and business agreements.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Carly worked at another international law firm where she concentrated on communications law and policy.
