Cailin E. Lechner
An associate in the Investigations, White Collar and Fraud Practice at Hogan Lovells, Cailin Lechner is well versed in the details of white-collar criminal defense, government investigations, and civil litigation.
She focuses her efforts on litigation involving the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and insurance industries, and represented a client in an internal investigation of compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. These cases also helped develop skills in document management and e-discovery.
In addition to her litigation work, Cailin is actively involved in the firm's pro bono practice, with a focus on resolving housing and disability benefits matters for indigent clients.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Cailin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Eduardo Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
While in law school at the University of Pennsylvania, Cailin was an executive editor of the school's Journal of Law and Social Change. She also served as an intern with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 3's Office of Regional Counsel.
