Whether in the courtroom, in a deposition, or during an investigation, Dom Caamano applies a unique combination of strategic and creative problem-solving skills for her clients.

Dom has represented individual and corporate clients in both complex civil litigation and criminal cases. Dom also has worked with multinational clients on compliance efforts and internal investigations. In addition to her litigation and investigation experiences, Dom clerked on the D.C. Circuit and has co-authored articles aimed at providing insight to board members, C-level executives, and corporate entities seeking to improve their data privacy and security efforts.

A graduate of Berkeley Law School, Dom received the American Jurisprudence Award for outstanding performance in Information Privacy. As a member of the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic at Berkeley Law, Dom represented a major U.S. consumer protection nonprofit regarding the privacy implications and legal risks presented by federal and state privacy law for consumers using mobile payment services.

Ever interested in the intersection of individual privacy and government power, Dom published a law journal article on the meaning and effect of the Fourth Amendment's "effects."

Dom also serves on the Los Angeles office Pro Bono, Diversity, and Summer Associate committees.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Dom was an associate at a large multinational, full-service law firm and at a top boutique litigation firm.
