Carlotta Busani regularly advises leading national and international companies active in the food, pharmaceutical and medical device industries to ensure that they act in full compliance with applicable regulations, providing concrete legal solutions, in line with their business strategies and their target market.

In the food sector, Carlotta provides support with regard to the labelling, claims and advertising of foodstuffs, dealing also with food supplements, foods for specific groups, novel foods, organic products and designations of origin. Carlotta collaborates with the main food magazines, she has been a speaker at several conferences on food law issues and has given specific training courses at various companies.

In the Life Sciences industry, Carlotta also provides advice on various regulatory issues related to medical devices and medicinal products, including clinical trials, labelling and advertising.
