Lina Bugaighis

Based in Dubai since 2014, Lina recently joined the firm's Litigation, Arbitration and Employment Practice Group upon completion of her training contract at Hogan Lovells. As an associate in the Dubai office, Lina focuses her practice on construction and engineering disputes as well as commercial arbitrations with a Dubai connection.

Representative experience

Acting for an investor in an LCIA arbitration in London regarding a shareholder's dispute concerning a technology business in Eastern Europe.

Advising the Government of Dubai on the financing of the Al Sufouh tram project. 

Advising a large telecommunications company on a potential dispute relating to the manufacture and distribution of products in West Africa against a global telecommunications company.
